About you:

You will be a proven Commercial Manager with a strong sales and account management background. You will have had B2B/ SaaS experience with strong Aviation Industry knowledge helpful. You will have strong negotiation skills and experience in managing high value agreements. You will have excellent time and communication skills. You will be someone who thrives on a challenge to help a new branch of the business to grow.

About the role:

The main purpose of the role is to help optimise, accelerate and grow activity within the customer base. The role will have a number of multi-channel interactions and be the main customer facing conduit. Other key responsibilities include;

  • Create, develop and review the global acquisition strategy with internal team and stakeholders
  • Deliver B2B message, planning, strategy to customers; manage client communications & conflict resolution via a combination of email, phone and face to face interactions
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and other industry/customer meetings
  • Be the voice of the customer to the internal team
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term strategic goals
