Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement acquisition marketing campaigns to support the business deliver commercial objectives using through the line campaigns - TTL
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing communications activity and campaigns
  • Brief and oversee marketing activity to external agencies or internal studio
  • Manage project budgets report any budget savings/overspends
  • Ensure that the brand identity is adhered to in all campaigns
  • Deliver regular reports on KPI's and campaign results
  • Provide updates on ROI on each project against planned ROI
  • Ensure accuracy of all content, regulatory compliance and manage the approval process
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with any specific legislative, regulatory, or contractual requirements

Requirements:

  • Ideally a track record of delivery in B2C financial services experience would be considered
  • Experienced marketing communications professional with track record of campaign delivery in a B2C environment
  • ATL/advertising experience - including digital marketing (social, influencer, partnerships, display) would be an advantage
  • Good level of experience briefing and managing multiple agencies
  • Strong stakeholder experience
  • Experience of delivery through 3rd parties /agencies
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience (Performance) or
  • Strong, data-led direct marketing experience (Customer)
  • Budget management, project management and campaign evaluation
  • UK experience essential
