A leading premium retail brand is looking for a Campaign Analyst to join their digital marketing team, based in Central London. You will be responsible for implementing customer retention and acquisition campaigns for both print and digital. Reporting into the Analytics manager, you will help to create and deliver direct marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities of the Campaign Analyst:

  • Collaborate with the retention and acquisition teams to set objectives of each campaign
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the customer to ensure campaigns are well targeted
  • Identify the best prospects for targeting each campaign
  • Extract the relevant customer data for mailing and email campaigns
  • Liaise with the data agency and analysts to provide campaign performance to make recommendations for the future
  • Manage and code all promotions

Desired skills and experience of the Campaign Analyst:

  • Exceptional IT skills. Experience with SQL, SAS, pure analyser or similar is a plus
  • Proven track record working in campaigns and promotions
  • High level of numeracy

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign management, a strong commercial acumen and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
