Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver marketing activity in line with the overarching strategy and calendar, working with in-house digital marketing & social teams to create multi-channel campaigns which effectively take our product, service and brand propositions to market
  • Develop marketing plans to support our international (wholesale & shop-in-shop ventures) business and the retail & hospitality teams at remote stores, liaising with key marketing counter-parts at these locations
  • Lead special brand marketing initiatives and partnerships from planning to execution
  • Ensure clear marketing communications to cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external agencies
  • Deliver campaign evaluations to measure success
  • Ensure budgetary control, including all budget tracking, POs and invoicing
  • Support the Head of Marketing & Online in media planning for all ATL and BTL brand activity including campaign planning, negotiations, asset delivery and budget management
  • Coordinate brand partnerships, including graphic requests, event planning and logistics, cross-functional and external partner liaison, briefings and activation
  • Ensure planning, tracking and reconciling of campaign budgets, including supplier liaison and negotiation, raising POs, and managing invoicing to ensure payments are made to schedule and within budget
  • Consistent research of marketplace, key competitors, innovation and consumer behaviour
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to help drive the brand's industry leadership

Key Skills:

  • Experience in luxury retail marketing or a related industry
  • Passion for luxury retail as well as an understanding of the wider retail landscape
  • The ability to assimilate the situation and hit the ground running.
