This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest Hotel groups in the world, where you will get the chance to work on some of the biggest hotel brands in the business. You will work on delivering and reviewing multi-million pound, multi channel PAN European Brand Communication campaigns. You will work closely with the global brand communications teams to deliver on brand communications.

This role supports the Brand Communications Manager, Europe. Acting as brand guardian, you will be planning, developing, managing, executing and reviewing all of the communications across Europe for premium hotel brands. Ensuring consistent and effective communications whilst preserving brand perception and integrity. You will also support our brand partnership strategy and in-hotel guest experience developments to stay ahead of the market.

Marketing Executive accountabilities:

  • Support your Brand Communications Manager in the execution of brand campaigns across all channels, both offline and online.
  • Support the pre/post campaign analysis to monitor campaign performance to agreed targets and sharing learnings with key stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day project management of PAN-European, multi-channel brand and communications campaigns.
  • Communications activations of product and brand guest experience innovations and development.
  • Develop creative task briefs for internal and agency suppliers.
  • Contribute to management of agency relationships and suppliers to deliver to time and budget briefs and co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery of communications projects.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of brand communications budgets, including raising of POs, invoicing and budget phasing.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Marketing communications background with demonstrable experience in planning and execution of BTL and ATL campaigns across the whole marketing mix.
  • Account management experience, producing work of a high standard within tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management and co-ordination skills, ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience in third party agency/vendor management.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, innovation process and strategic planning process.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret research data on consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, Excel and Word).
  • Experience in effectively managing a marketing programme budget.

The successful candidate can earn up to £32,000pa dependant on experience.
