  • Building a detailed understanding of the company brand-values to ensure effective execution of the marketing plan
  • Design, develop and execute integrated marketing and PR plans to deliver on the strategy and key KPIs
  • To identify, evaluate, develop and implement promotional opportunities (including sponsorship, speaker platforms, events, brochures) and ideas from conception through to delivery
  • Drive demand generation with end-to-end acquisition campaigns and launch process for growth initiatives (e.g. ideation, creative development, targeting, execution, measurement)
  • Forecasting and reporting on campaign performance and pipeline contribution, taking proactive action as necessary Financing Trade Payments
  • Content creation
  • Management of marketing agency support as required
  • Management of association and media partners as required
  • Re-launching the website and broader digital strategy


  • Solid marketing experience in B2B financial services, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth business
  • A good understanding of the banking/finance industry and terminology
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Strong digital background, with a proven record creating and executing successful PR and media campaigns
  • Hands on experience on web content, email marketing, content optimization, social media and offline marketing promotions
  • Fantastic copy and content writing skills
  • A good design eye and the ability to brief for strong creative
  • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and measurable objectives
  • A deep understanding of brand guidelines and brand tonality
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing fast-growing environment
  • Events management experience
  • UK experience essential
