Our client; a forward thinking film & entertainment organisation are looking for an Assistant Membership & Loyalty Manager to help spearhead all the commercial work-stream relating to the clients popular membership schemes.

We're looking for somebody with a strong consumer background to support the Membership and Loyalty Manager in delivering numerous multilateral campaigns which include new member acquisition, member engagement and retention communications. Our client prides themselves on having a young vibrant office with a strong emphasis on team building and career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Loyalty & Membership Managers in the development and delivery of activities relating to the clients membership schemes
  • Build & maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies to plan, book & deliver external communications campaigns
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure delivery of membership communications across web, apps, social, CRM and brand channels
  • Recognise different member segments and ensure communications are targeted and relevant to different groups across all channels

Key Characteristics

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, the jobholder will demonstrate a good level of planning, prioritising and the ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to CRM and membership marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently co-ordinate projects as well as motivate agencies to deliver against multiple activity deadlines
