An exciting opportunity for an interim Senior Brand Manager to join a multi-asset property organisation in London.

The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the firms asset brands so that they are places where people want to visit and spend time. The holder is responsible for setting up the brand positioning and guidelines, then supporting the offering through the sourcing and co-ordination of great events and experiential activity

  • Brand Development
    • Review competitor offering, market trends, customer insights and feedback to build appropriate brand work
    • Develop appropriate vision, positioning, messaging and identity and other brand features for the assets or group of assets
    • Act as the brand guardian for assets, ensuring the business is presenting the brand correctly in all areas
    • Evaluate opportunities for consistency and implement when appropriate
    • Develop supporting collateral and launch events
    • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies to deliver branding work
  • Experience and Events
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the place experience at assets through events, services and innovations
    • Seek out new experiential activities that fit with British Land's brands and co-ordinate the delivery of pilots
    • Ensure delivery of all activities follows industry best practice
    • Evaluate experiential and events and decide whether to roll out to more assets or stop activities

Key Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in a highly customer focused retail, F&B, Leisure or similar environment
  • Successful history of developing brand and a proven knowledge of the brand development process
  • Evidence of product and experience development and bringing to market initiatives, including the briefing of creative agencies, agency management and brand asset management
  • Experience of communicating with and managing a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience of working with a number of stakeholders at varying levels to secure support for campaigns
