A billion pound gaming company is looking for a Digital Product owner to ensure player journeys meet the expectations of a top eCommerce platform and elevate the ordinary. This will include web and mobile app platforms, to provide a consistent overall experience.

You will be accountable for improving player journeys by adopting a test and learn methodology utilising MVT and A/B testing to optimise journeys and inform rollout of key development.

DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of product initiatives for Web and App highlighting appropriate business benefits from improved experience to sales.
  • Lead the product design and development process. Convey the vision, design the solution and support the delivery of features necessary to achieve our digital product strategy and roadmap.
  • Inputs into the product and business strategy. You will help define the product roadmap and devise a plan for success.
  • Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the customer. Building features that will drive mass behaviour change for our players.
  • Responsible for product response to game changes - building out appropriate product features that meet player expectations and meets product requirements working collaboratively with strategy and innovation, game product and strategy, data and insights team.
  • Responsible for monitoring overall sales performance and customer experience satisfaction across web and App to inform roadmap and optimisation improvements.
  • You'll be responsible for driving a test and learn approach, defining new MVT initiatives to test out hypothesis in aid of enhancing our digital channels and delivering on business goals..
  • Define and review key product requirements in JIRA, with input from key business stakeholders, ensuring the vision is followed through successfully to the end product
  • Input into and review UX designs and ensure that the end product meets your original product requirements.
  • Represent digital product in daily catchups and weekly development meetings, providing appropriate updates and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience defining and delivering a product vision
  • Proven track record influencing a product roadmap
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, to stakeholders at all levels and to your team and to customers
  • An excellent problem solver, when faced with unexpected difficulties, you are able to solutionise - working with developers, architects and key stakeholders to drive quick outcomes
  • Experience in defining MVT requirements and delivering on a roadmap that is underpinned by optimisation and test and learn.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban
  • Proven success in designing digital products in a high growth environment
  • Agile product management experience coupled with knowledge of product ownership tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A customer centric approach to problems whilst maintaining a focus on commercial metrics
  • Focus on data-driven decisions to drive the business forwards
