A global financial services provider is seeking a VP Marketing & Comms to design and implement a marketing strategy for the UK and Europe. You'll work with the wider marketing team based in Asia and be the UK & European point of contact for anything marketing related.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing plans for business lines and provide quality marketing solutions to meet different business needs.
- Develop integrated B2B marketing campaigns to drive leads, product and brand awareness. Campaigns may include events, PR, content creation, paid social & producing marketing toolkits to support internally.
- Design a content strategy and editorial calendar to create multifunctional content.
- Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches.
- Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support.
- Lead cross-functional project management, including communications.
- Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution.
- Execute marketing programmes on behalf of sales.
- Oversee and manage agency relationships for Europe. Manage assigned marketing budget and ROI. Track campaign and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the Media & Internal Communications team in Asia and build content for the UK & European market.
- Ensure all brand guidelines and identity are kept across the lines of businesses and touch points.
Requirements
- B2B financial services experience in marketing and communication in financial services is essential.
- Significant event marketing and digital marketing experience with demonstrable evidence of business partnering activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in digital advertising (programmatic, retargeting, video and social), social content marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot), digital tagging and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase and/or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; bilingual with proficiency in English.
- Metric-driven mindset, able to analyse marketing/digital data and derive actionable insights.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team and the company.
- UK experience is essential.
- No sponsorship will be given.
£80-90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
