My client is one the fastest growing and most exciting PR companies in the UK, known for their exceptional levels of service and excellent portfolio of high-profile clients. They are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the Entrepreneurs & Business team in their stunning offices in central London.
This role will suit an existing Account Manager ready for the next step, with plenty opportunities for progression, excellent work life balance and scope to build close relationships with the most charismatic and powerful figures in British business.
Main responsibilities:
- Being proactive in identifying new ideas for existing clients (brainstorms, team catch-ups etc)
- Running various accounts across the Entrepreneurs & Business team, supporting the AD
- Delivering high quality media coverage
- Taking ownership of meeting material and advising AD on what should be included in marketing collateral
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reports
- Involvement in pitches, campaign ideas, working closely with business development team
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
Person requirements:
- Substantial agency experience at Account Manager level (we will also consider candidates looking to switch from journalism to PR)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent industry contacts
- Genuine passion for media
- High levels of commitment and enthusiasm
- Organized and results driven
