Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- To assist in the co-ordination and production of marketing collateral, working closely with internal stakeholders to assess needs, write briefs and convey requirements to the Graphic Designer and the rest of the Marketing team
- Work with the Marketing Team, to support the implementation of effective marketing campaigns across all channels, analysing responses/attendance and making strategic recommendations for marketing activities, as appropriate.
- Using Salesforce, cleanse and update records (using internal and external sources such as LinkedIn, the FCA register, press cuttings etc. to cross check information and ensure accuracy on Salesforce), create dashboards and client segments for marketing campaigns and event invitations, ensuring that all campaign responses are logged on the system and contacts updated.
- Work with other Internal Salesforce Stakeholders to develop & manage protocols that enables new data to be entered across the organisation & thus ensuring systems maintenance.
- To assist the Marketing Manager Events, when organising external activities, such as round tables, roadshows, client events
- Create campaign reports of marketing initiatives, helping the team to understand and improve outputs.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B financial services
- Track record of Mailchimp or another similar e-campaign platform
- Ideally experience with Eventbrite or Brighttalk
- Knowledge of Abobe Creative would be an asset
- Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
- Good Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel
- UK financial services experience is essential
