A leading financial services provider is seeking a talented B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing business, based in Essex. You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing & Sales with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and lead generation activities across a mix of channels to increase new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the management of the third party PPC agency to ensure plans and targets are being met.
- Plan, design and implement regular email marketing and direct mail campaigns to the target customer base.
- Work with the Business Development Managers & the Managing Director to plan, design and implement regular email marketing and direct mail campaigns to the broker and introducer network.
- Work with key brokers to plan, design and implement co-marketing initiatives to their customer base.
- Plan, design and implement regular communications to the existing customer base, and database, eg Adhoc emails, monthly e-newsletters, renewal comms, testimonials, case studies, marketing automation.
- Lead and support the SEO optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular analysis of different Lead generation platforms and opportunities.
- Research, plan and the business participation across key Industry Events.
- Build up an in-depth knowledge of the industry through desk research, devise competitive analysis, market sizing and evaluate the position in the market. On the back of this, provide recommendations to support the Marketing Strategies.
- Report, track and report on the KPIs across all marketing initiatives. Adjust and tailor plans in accordance with these results. Be forthcoming with recommendations for improvements to maximize budget.
- Monitor and report on the actual spend vs budget.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in Marketing. Planning, designing and implementing marketing campaigns across a range of channels (Email, DM, and Online).
- Experience in developing and delivering marketing Strategies.
- Ideally a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, economics, communications, or management
- Experience of working with and managing external marketing agencies
- Strong level understanding of PPC and SEO campaigns
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to sustain high productivity in a results-driven environment
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and listening skills; sound judgment and integrity
