A leading Property Development firm are recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will work across their assets in central London and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. There is potential for this role to go permanent after the completion of the contract.
This is a creative and broad marketing role that has a focus on their key stakeholders and occupiers. You will work closely with your marketing colleagues to deliver both online and offline campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships across their client base to learn from and improve their experience
 - Placemaking - engage with current strategies and develop new ideas
 - Undertake customer experience programmes and build campaigns to improve overall experience
 - Deliver marketing campaigns for multiple assets - bring new ideas to their existing campaigns
 - Budget planning and management
 - Manage agencies - briefings, collaboration and evaluation
 - Manage one direct report
 
Experience
- B2B and B2C experience - ideally B2C consumer and B2B property
 - Demonstrable track record of improving customer experience
 - Experience carrying out the full mix of marketing
 - Managed budgets and reported on progress to senior stakeholders
 - Strong track record of building relationships with multiple clients
 - Able to manage multiple campaigns and projects
 - Excellent experience and knowledge of digital marketing
 - Management experience is not essential
 - Placemaking experience is ideal
