A leading global financial services provider is seeking a B2C Marketing Manager to deliver integrated marketing
campagns to drive both acquisition & retention for a key consumer finance product.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and effectively execute the marketing & digital strategy for the B2C financial services business
- Assist with paid media programs
- Ensure all opportunities are maximised, including growing engagement with existing clients and attracting new customers
- Assist the business wit ATL & BTL acquisition and retention strategies
- Effectively help with the execution of marketing activities within agreed budget
- Execute marketing plans that are client focused, meets business objectives and is delivered on time and within budget
- Build a close working relationship with the relevant external agencies and internal teams supporting the marketing team (i.e. investment teams, PR, Retail Escalations (complaints management). This includes digital marketing, CRM activities, PR, video content, product and market analysis, literature, presentations, digital and social media
- Optimise marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with focus on digital activity
- Constantly improve on existing activities, approach and accepted standards, sharing learnings with team and peers
Requirements:
- Solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role
- B2C FINANCIAL SERVICES (CONSUMER FINANCE / INSURANCE) EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
- Track record of paid media is essential
- Sound knowledge of marketing including experience of the full media, promotions and communications B2C channel
- Ideally ATL & BTL acquisition and retention experience
- Proficient with managing external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders / partners
- Naturally creative, idea generating and prepared to challenge the norm
- Digital Marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and Social Media.
- Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners
