Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-hosting bi-monthly industry meetings, producing the pre- and post-meeting industry reports to drive business development and marketing activities and highlighting any key action points.
  • Assisting the team with internal and external marketing initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, roundtables, client events and conference/speaking opportunities.
  • Producing capability statements, presentations, brochures and other marketing collateral.
  • Using the ERP system to generate reports.
  • Identifying opportunities to raise the company's profile and liaising with the comms team on press releases, social media updates, etc.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Experience delivering marketing activities and campaigns in a professional services capacity.
  • Highly organised and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams in a high-pressure environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Confidence to liaise with colleagues at all levels within the company.
