  • Marketing Collateral - assist in the development of brochures, collateral, videos, podcasts, webcasts and blogs
  • Research - Build and manage project plans that include coordinating calendars, organizing mailing/response lists, creating deliverables, posting on, using social media and developing communication
  • Events - Coordinate activities for onsite presence including content development, booth management and related communication for event sponsorships and external webcasts. Partner with Marketing CoE to develop post-event analytics.
  • With the key objective of lead generation, manage a variety of events, deliver email campaigns, generate and distribute innovative content, and maximise the promotional opportunities available through industry partners and associations
  • Monitor key metrics and consistently analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in order to optimise performance, maximise results and ultimately drive revenue
  • With an analytical mind-set, gather data insights and report them to key stakeholders in a clear, concise and consistent way


  • B2B Marketing experience is essential within financial services, professional services and/or human resources consulting environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work; effectively manage complex projects, manage multiple activities, and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget
  • Ability to build strong partnerships at all levels
  • Demonstrated strength in specific marketing area is a plus (e.g., social media, outbound marketing)
  • Understanding of segment priorities, integrated themes and business content is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A keen interest in new media and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • UK experience is essential
