  • Develop and manage Marketing Automation function in Pardot/Salesforce
  • Automate and improve the process for lead acquisition and lead qualification
  • Automate and improve the process for handing out qualified leads to the sales organisation
  • Improve marketing's role in the customer journey
  • Perform performance and monetisation evaluations on our different marketing channels
  • Create email campaigns and engagement studios, segmentation list management, A/B testing
  • Create and manage website forms

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within Pardot & Salesforce.
  • Understanding of HTML.
  • Commercial acumen and proven CRM/marketing skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies.
  • Analytical and naturally technically minded.
  • Approachable and strong communication skills.
