Responsibilities

  • Building a pipeline of products and propositions informed by high quality consumer insight that meets the organisational strategy; customer and business needs
  • Briefing research, well-established insights and opportunities
  • To develop and deliver a programme of innovation by launching products and propositions that reach new markets and generate new revenue streams
  • To manage and lead innovation partners and agencies
  • To be accountable for the product innovation income and expenditure budget
  • To conduct regular evaluation of the product portfolio
  • Keep abreast of the latest consumer, social and technology trends
  • To design and facilitate workshops and execute customer- centred innovation techniques
  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders
