Head of Marketing - London

A very established education provider is looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team to focus on brand strategy, planning and campaigns.

1. Drive growth global student recruitment

2. Build and execute the Division's marketing strategy with the Group Marketing Director and operational heads;

3. Develop a high performance marketing a culture across the marketing team that facilitates sales to meet agreed recruitment targets and that is driven by personal accountability, creativity and drive to succeed;

4. Support sales teams with high quality collateral that is born of customer-centric thinking, insight and research;

5. Identify and exploit new market opportunities to develop a competitive, market-driven portfolio;

6. Apply a structured and rigorous approach towards market development and data-driven decision making;

7. Manage direct reports to deliver agreed Marketing outcomes and create an environment in which sales can thrive;

8. Evaluate and report on performance and value of marketing agency partners;

9. Own and manage the Marketing budget;

10. Track marketing against revenue plans, providing reports as necessary;

11. Report on current and forecasted commercials as required;

12. Ensure all sales and marketing staff and management are fully familiar with all the Division's propositions;

13. Measure the overall effectiveness of marketing spend and return on investment of marketing activity in order to support better decision making on priorities to deliver targeted commercial benefits.
