An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing financial services company as Head of Digital Marketing. Their goal is to be recognised as one of the leading financial planning firms in the UK and make a real positive difference.

Alongside managing a small team, you will take ownership for digital marketing strategy and execution. This will include SEO/Content, PPC, email, display, social and affiliates.


  • Formulation and execution of thHE digital marketing strategy
  • Demand generation: organic search, PPC, display and social
  • Improving organic rankings using both on-site and off-site strategies
  • Increasing brand awareness in key segments via targeted campaigns and PR
  • Overseeing lead nurturing to marketing qualified opportunities


  • Significant experience executing on-site and off-site SEO strategies
  • Experience building working relationships with other websites and partners
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, SEO analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with CRM integration with several of the above-named platforms
  • Experience of people management
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills
  • Calm, approachable and measured in your approach
