As Global Head of SEO:

  • You'll lead a sizeable international in-house SEO team, supported by external SEO agencies.
  • You'll be a thought-leader and ambassador, clearly outlining the channel's potential and importance for client acquisition, brand visibility and future channel buy-in and investment
  • Build strong relationships across teams to ensure that SEO best practice is integrated across the wider marketing teams
  • Ensure that performance analysis and reporting all organic channels are provided.
  • Regular collaboration with paid media to identify content opportunities and gaps that can be filled by organic channels.
  • Managing substantial organic marketing budget with a focus on high ROI
  • Identifying future trends and keeping up with new developments in technology and marketing

Key Requirements:

  • Proven record of success in a senior SEO role
  • Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders i.e. strategy delivery
  • Experience in managing a large team (International team management, beneficial)
  • Knowledgeable and skilled across on-page, off-page and technical SEO techniques
