I'm looking for a Content and Digital Lead to manage a team and create the company's content marketing strategy.
You will oversee the creative and strategic development of content across all channels and for all stages of buyer journey, including digital, social etc.
Leveraging new emerging technologies to reach the companies target audience. You will also manage and enhance the web platform, oversees SEM and SEO, data analytics across a variety of platforms to measure, track, analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against business objectives.
CONTENT AND DIGITAL LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a B2B content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistency with the overall strategic planning process
- Oversee standards, systems and best practices for content creation including the real-time implementation of content strategies
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent regarding style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person
- Work to refine and develop market/product knowledge by understanding the market, recognising trends and determining customer needs
- Write and publish press releases, whitepapers, e-books, blog posts, social media content, thought leadership materials, corporate communications and various other content types
- Utilise a range of analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Marketing Automation (Pardot), Salesforce (CRM), Hootsuite (Social Media Marketing Management) to measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against defined business objectives.
- Oversee agency relationship to support day-to-day activities across paid social, paid search and Pardot
- Fine-tune paid search strategy
- Jointly oversee implementation of frameworks and platforms to enable sales enablement model
- Develop data strategy, architecture and optimise data capabilities that span marketing and sales.
CONTENT AND DIGITAL LEAD EXPERIENCE
- B2B Marketing background with proven track record of implementing frameworks and processes for demand generation
- Demonstrates excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Experience of content creation for sales enablement purposes
- Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate qualified leads
- Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Demonstrated track record of team management
- Proactive and results-oriented individual who wants to help build a high-performance team!
