Reporting directly into Head of Marketing Communications, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing digital marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the creation, and strategic direction of specific digital marketing components - namely Marketing Automation (Eloqua), search (PPC and SEO), email, social media and display advertising, to ensure the digital strategy is realised and corporate objectives achieved
  • Track, measure and report - and dashboard creation for senior management team
  • Provide strategic direction, support, coach and develop members of staff (digital marketing specialist and digital marketing Assistant), delegating tasks and responsibilities as appropriate, whilst filling in the resource gaps through use of external partaners.
  • Provide strategic direction, advice and consultancy to senior managers and the wider marketing department about digital marketing best practice to ensure it is used effectively and integrated with offline marketing activity for maximum business impact

Your profile:

  • Experience in defining, implementing and measuring digital marketing strategy and its impact on business performance through commercial acumen, getting best ROI (results driven)
  • Extensive experience in using digital marketing and media to generate actionable sales leads
  • Experience in understanding and scoping the requirements of numerous stakeholders to deliver solutions that satisfy the majority of requirements
  • Digital marketing experience including; marketing automation, search marketing, display advertising, email marketing and campaign planning
