Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end management of email marketing process - from brief to deployment stage, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved by hitting required deadlines.
  • Maintain and evolve the email marketing calendar, understanding product, trade and brand requirements for each a campaign.
  • Improve the relevancy of all emails through appropriate segmentation and targeting.
  • Closely monitor the customer database focusing on growth and efficiency.
  • Nurture direct relationships with key affiliates to maximise commercial and brand opportunities.
  • Build a close relationship with the affiliate network to ensure the business is kept abreast of any updates, opportunities are maximised and performance is monitored.
  • Produce monthly and weekly reports against core KPI's.
  • Drive innovation and explore all new opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years' email marketing experience in a B2C environment.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing - desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations based on insight.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
