A consumer subscription model is looking for a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Lead to take ownership of channels and the direct revenue stream.

If you have experience of building and driving the conversion funnel and have an ability to own it… then this brand will empower you to succeed.

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for designing and implementing our B2C strategy.
  • Build different streams - track acquisition, conversion and retention KPIs.
  • Build consumer communications touchpoints, including website, social, search, email and offline.
  • Work with in-house design team to implement all consumer campaigns and communications.
  • Influencing! You will need to get the customer bought in to the products, and your internal stakeholders bought into your strategy!

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • A track record in eCommerce.
  • Digital Media Experience.
  • Solid experience in customer journey and experience optimisation.
  • Good understanding of ESP and setting up email campaigns.
  • Experience with segment/persona creation in campaign targeting.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Mailchimp and Salesforce preferred.
  • Desire to be in a winning, highly performing team.
  • Innovative with ideas and suggestions to improve business performance.
