A fantastic opportunity for an interim Digital Analytics Manager to join a rapidly growing financial services organisation based in Haywards Heath.

You'll be responsible managing the analytics of the customer website journey, as well as data from all other channels.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical digital analytics strategy
  • Work closely with the Marketing Heads and report on analysis to mould future projects
  • Provide analysis that helps identify and understand the customer lifecycle
  • Analyse the key customer segments to help deliver insight.
  • Drive personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation

Key role skills:

  • Proven track record working in e-commerce, ideally within the insurance sector
  • Extensive, advanced experience of Adobe tagging and tracking (using Adobe Tag Management, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)
  • Experience of working as a digital analyst
