A global FMCG brand is looking for a Customer Business Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment. Are you confident at building relationships with Senior Stakeholders?

You will be key to developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer contacts and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading a team of account managers to develop and deliver customer strategies.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the account managers and customer service team to ensure significant commercial, customer service and finance opportunities are efficiently acted upon and that we do what we say.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance
  • Be able to handle a total business across multiple categories
  • Manage the performance of account managers, executives within their responsibility
  • Category Management and Customer Marketing experience
  • Deliver Turnover, Customer Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets
  • Consistent delivery of high quality results in difficult trading/customer environments

The ideal candidate would come from an FMCG background with strong Customer Business Management experience. Lead and trained account managers. Understanding in shopper and consumer insights to apply in developing strategies.
