The Opportunity

The focus of the role is to create and deploy the CRM strategy throughout the business. You'll also be responsible for all email communication and other CRM touch-points except Customer Services. This opportunity has 2 Direct Reports (2x CRM Executive).

On a day-to-day basis you'll be managing a high frequency of email sends. You'll oversee deliverability metrics, pre-send validation and post send analysis and strategy.

This is a pivotal position in a fast-paced and forward-thinking team, and you will be the central point of contact for all CRM queries. There is also a big push to roll out more advanced CRM features such as individualised email, automated content building, mobile push and desktop notifications.

About you

You'll have experience working across CRM and Email marketing for well-known ecommerce brands with Fashion, Luxury or Retail being the preferred industries. You'll have an excellent understanding of the customer lifecycle and be really knowledgeable on SQL. In addition, you'll have experience running AB or multivariate testing at reasonable to high scale and complexity.

The role requires an individual with the willingness to push into new areas and continue learning.
