Working within the health-care sector and reporting to the Digital and Design Manager this role will see you working with a wider marketing team of 15, where you will be solely responsible for developing their website and web offering as well as assisting with web-led marketing campaigns.
Along with their main site you will also be responsible on managing and advising on their partner micro-sites. This role will see you owning the strategic website and working on system integration projects with conjunction with their external agency partner.
To be suitable for this role you must have worked with Sitecore.
Key Responsibilities;
- Own the strategic roadmap for their website, plus microsites.
- Maintain and optimize all webpages, drive leads and increase conversion
- Assist the wider marketing tram with web-lead marketing initiatives
- Co-ordinating across their websites to ensure a mobile first, SEO in mind approach and recommending changes as appropriate to increase performance and visibility.
- Acting as a Product Owner ensure website and related services are fully integrated to ensure seamless customer journey- working with associate business teams in IT, Projects, Products and Business Change
- Working with content management systems (currently Sitecore 9.1), Email Marketing Systems (EMS), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and Google Analytics
- Manage planned and ad-hoc website content change requests and updates, working with wider team to delegate as appropriate.
- Managing the risk of requests in order that the website remains online.
- Work within GDPR guidelines when collecting data via the website.
- Testing any changes to the website are signed off and functioning as expected in the live environment.
Key Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Sitecore
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Qualifications/experience in either Google Analytics and Google Ads / Bing Ads
- Experience in working with SEO management tools, such as: SEM Rush, Searchmetrics, Majestic, Copyscape and Moz.
- Demonstrable track record in a similar role with CMS experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proven track record of using A/B testing programmes.
