A well-known family name organisation spanning across retail, finance and telecoms are looking for a Web Editor/Digital Channel Marketing Executive to join the team.

The role will take ownership and responsibility for driving digital initiatives that deliver their digital trading targets and improvements in the digital customer experience across multiple product areas, primarily across their Insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of new website content
  • Maintaining social media content
  • Meet with internal/external teams to identify new content needs
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the design and UX principles & standards and are tested across all devices
  • Delivery of the brand across all live digital assets
  • Ensure all deliverables meet financial promotions & compliance requirements
  • Ensure the website meets best in class SEO technical and content standards
  • Assist in pre-production validation and post production testing
  • Review traffic/sales performance indicators to best optimise customer experiences

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong Digital experience, either in digital marketing, content production/publishing and/or ecommerce
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Good SEO experience and technical best practice
  • Understanding or experience with content management systems
  • Financial Services and/or Retail within Financial Services experience preferrable
  • The ability to work and deliver through cross-functional teams
