Intro
A growing British ecommerce brand is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to support its online presence. With a dedicated customer base and strong brand identity, this company is seeking someone who can contribute to engagement, increase brand awareness, and optimise social media performance.
About You
You have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing. With experience in a similar role, you understand how to develop engaging content, grow online communities, and drive traffic to ecommerce platforms. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for innovative ways to enhance brand engagement.
Requirements and Skills:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Create and curate high-quality visual and written content for various platforms.
- Manage content scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with the content creator and graphic designer to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Analyse and report on social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Assist in influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives to expand brand reach.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Social Media Manager
- Strong knowledge of content creation, analytics, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, InShot, CapCut, and other creative tools.
- Experience with social media scheduling and reporting platforms.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
- Employee discount, bonus scheme, flexitime, and company events.

- Office-based role with potential for hybrid working after probation.
