A successful and well established business services company is looking to develop it's customer proposition. To do this they are looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to take the business from a brand led organisation to a customer led organisation. The business has good heritage, has a strong brand have undergone significant changes and investment in recent years.
Purpose of the role:
As the new Senior Propositions Manager you will be accountable for customer facing propositions to drive the businesses future sales and customer profiling & targeting. Working with senior stakeholders you will be required to create & own the target audience understanding through segmentation and data mining to pinpoint key prospects for potential propositions. You will be required to successfully ensure the implementation of the segmentation model across the business and ensure alignment of team activities to maximise revenue growth whilst minimising identified commercial risks.
What you will need?
- Understanding of direct marketing and direct mail
- Experience in Proposition management or development within a services organisation
- B2B experience
- Strong customer focus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally an understanding or experience of media
- Ideally experience working within regulated markets
