Description

An experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager with Tech or FinTech software experience is needed to join this small but fast growing FinTech company.

Reporting into the VP Marketing, you will lead the design and execution of their product marketing strategy and initiatives globally working closely with marketing, product, sales, partners and customer success departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop their product marketing strategy and own its delivery.
  • Create their product messaging and develop it over time.
  • Track competitors, and industry issues, and respond appropriately.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how customers use their platform and bring that to their messaging.
  • Work with the product team to develop the release and launch plan for new features and services
  • Working with the wider marketing team, develop content to support all stages of the sales cycle
  • Inform their thought leadership agenda with product and competitor perspective.
  • Support sales training and pre-sales (as required) on the product
  • Present and demo the platform at trade and owned events, webinars etc.

Key skills and requirements

  • Years of successful, hands-on product marketing experience
  • Experience in SaaS, Fintech software or wider Tech sector
  • A love of execution and delivering results
  • Experience managing a budget and roadmap
  • Happy working in a small team where roles and responsibilities are fluid and you have the opportunity to turn your hand to many things
  • Confidence operating in a matrix management environment
  • Experience managing a team (directly and indirectly)
