Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with your key stakeholders to understand their sales requirements and challenges, and devise comprehensive marketing strategies to help drive organic growth for your allocated brands/schemes/divisional areas (supported by the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing)
  • Map the customer journey, and plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (acquisition, retention, cross-sell and up-sell) and sales enablement initiatives, utilising a variety of marketing channels, with a 'test and learn' approach
  • With the key objective of lead generation, manage a variety of events, deliver email campaigns, generate and distribute innovative content, and maximise the promotional opportunities available through industry partners and associations

Requirements:

  • Experience in a marketing department or agency, preferably within the insurance / financial services or B2B technology / software
  • A CIM qualification or equivalent, or currently studying for a CIM or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of the various marketing and communication components
  • Self-management, planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Analysis and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to multi-task
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis
  • UK experience essential
