Senior Campaign Manager

One of the world's leading events' organisers, delivering innovative and market-leading events across a variety of industries, is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join their London office.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will drive marketing activities for their Affiliates Summit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing Affiliate Summit's campaign plans - driving acquisition and retention
  • Accountable for delivery of campaign plans
  • Use business intelligence, customer feedback and insight to suggest/implement new ideas
  • Effectively communicating or presenting marketing plans, strategies and updates
  • Line management of the Marketing Manager as well as the Promotions Manager
  • Management of external suppliers - from designers to the social and paid media agency
  • Ownership of all Affiliate Summit marketing reporting
  • Proofreading (and writing where applicable) any copy for promotional materials
  • Managing the Affiliate Summit marketing budget
  • Work alongside the team to develop a continuous test and learn approach across channels
  • Identify key industry trends, innovations or technologies that can drive growth.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of best practice across email, social media, paid media, landing pages, websites and chatbots (ideally with depth knowledge in 2 - 3 channels).
  • Experience of marketing events a plus
  • Experience creating and delivering campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Exceptional project management skills - organized, proactive and able to multi-task
  • In depth knowledge of marketing metrics
  • Strong management experience
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills - driven to understand "why" and takes the initiative to identify trends and gaps.
  • Experience working with industry leading marketing technology tools like Pardot, Sprout Social, Salesforce CRM, chatbots, landing page software etc
  • Excellent ability to work with data sets, interpret trends and provide analysis and recommendations based on data that support goals.
