Working for global leader in personal care, this role will see you joining the brand management team as their new Senior Brand manager for the medical division.

This role will see you developing the medical marketing communications strategy to target pharmacists and healthcare professionals enabling to sell their products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver medical marketing strategy on selected brands working closely with the brand managers.
  • Using scientific expertise develop breakthrough communications targeting healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with field sales and Pharma team to support the execution of medical marketing plans
  • Effectively manage educational and promotional communications to healthcare professionals that are delivered via the Healthcare Professional Academy partnership.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the brand teams in the development of marketing plans, appropriate marketing tools and materials to drive growth in selected healthcare products
  • Effectively manage the medical marketing projects and budget to deliver the medical marketing plans to defined timelines and within agreed spend
  • Develop necessary Standard Operating Processes for medical marketing, working with relevant stakeholders.


About you:

  • Sound experience and knowledge of the UK healthcare industry, having worked with Health Care Professionals
  • Experience in having developed assets for healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently
  • Strong entrepreneurial, conceptual and analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation in line with opportunities and changes within the market
