Description

This role is for a product marketer responsible for creating marketing materials for prospective customers, both retailers.

Working with a product team to understand the company's capabilities, you must understand the market environment in order to create the most effective collateral.

Roles & responsibility

  • Develop a stimulating product communication strategy and high-impact materials to support that strategy
  • Take charge of products and services in the market
  • Craft the messaging and positioning for products, explaining the current services and future vision (and their value)
  • Understand the relevant market environment

Ensure the company's products are positioned correctly to fulfil the market need

  • Contribute to the creation of the future vision to capture the minds and hearts of retailers and shoppers
  • Feed in to the product development process, identifying gaps in the market based on research

Ensure delivery of high quality materials

  • Work with the creative team to product engaging marketing materials (both physical and digital)

Enable the sales team to meet their targets and help launch new products

  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Describe the value proposition and use cases of Fits Me products, features, partnerships & services

Key requirements

Background and previous experience

  • Understanding how to use print and digital channels to create effective marketing materials
  • Experience using social media to reinforce traditional campaigns
  • An appreciation of eCommerce and a desire to help shoppers improve their experience (both online and offline)
  • Marketing experience with a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider is desired
