Product Marketing Director - Consumer Finance

£100000 - £120000 per annum + + Car + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Along with senior management team, design and implement the B2B2C marketing strategy
  • Maintain close relationships with other stakeholder Marketing teams, in particular the Brand and HQ Marketing teams, adopting a pro-active approach and responding to requests promptly
  • To lead the monthly Marketing meetings and participate in the related Commercial Committees
  • Ensure good relations and performance is maintained with all external suppliers and that contracts and SLAs are in place and appropriate oversight, including regular audits are performed as necessary
  • Lead and support product innovation activities and projects related to marketing strategy, both in terms of the customer journey and on-line products, offers and services
  • Drive continual development and improvement of the service and product offerings of the department, in particular new digital mobility solutions such as subscription
  • Develop the company's communication strategy and development of the company's websites and media campaigns
  • Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance and organizational restructuring
  • Set plans and programmes to achieve market growth through new acquisition and renewal targets for both B2C and B2B set in the annual budget
  • Establish effective pricing models to ensure efficient packages for brokers
  • Lead and manage the Marketing and Transformation teams to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, coached and developed to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards

Requirements:

  • Solid track record of designing and implementing a marketing strategy in consumer finance / lending / retail banking
  • Experience of designing innovative product and pricing models in lending
  • Track record of managing a sizeable team ideally across various locations, however not essential
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders - internally and externally
  • UK experience essential
