A growing European Digital Marketing team at a leading consumer goods company is expanding, poised to drive sales growth in eCommerce, capture market share, and enhance brand campaign performance. This high-visibility role focuses on the UK, France, and Germany subsidiaries, offering an ambitious and supportive environment for substantial future growth.
Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: London Euston - Hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Role Overview:
As a key member of our European Digital Marketing team, the Performance Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the European Head of Digital Marketing to shape and execute the company's digital strategy. The role primarily centres on accelerating online sales growth, particularly through Amazon Ads, and optimising PPC & DSP campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-million Euro PPC & DSP budgets in the UK, France, and Germany.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for each market & brand.
- Collaborate with agencies and marketing teams to deliver & optimise paid media campaigns.
- Identify and test new channels and digital media opportunities.
- Analyse performance data, identify trends, and present insights to teams.
- Report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Upskill & enable local marketing teams to maximise their digital media investments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in client-side or agency-side performance marketing.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million-euro digital media campaigns.
- Experience in FMCG/CPG brands, ideally in Beauty, Personal Care, and/or Healthcare.
- Strong skills in Project Management, Data Analytics, SEM, Paid Search, Organic Search, and Amazon Ads ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Market Data Tools, Reporting & Analysis tools (Kantar, Nielsen, IRI, StackLine, Profitero).
- Solid Microsoft Office suite capabilities, especially strong PowerPoint & Excel skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities in market data & projects.
- Strategic thinking with a strong digital acumen.
- Stakeholder management and building cross-functional relationships.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
