Performance Marketing Executive
London - Hybrid
Up to £33,000
My client is a leading global premiums international schools organisation based in London. Their mission is to provide a transformational education that focuses on creativity, wellbeing and international connectedness.
They are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their team and support with the creation and optimisation of paid search and media campaigns in order to meet lead generation targets. As Performance Marketing Executive you will work with the Digital Performance Manager to support the delivery of group wide paid media campaigns, with a focus on PPC, ensuring that they are executed to plan and are hitting relevant targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks - ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet set targets.
- Provide regular reports and insights to campaigns as needed.
- Have regular calls with Regional Heads of Digital to align on regional campaign priorities.
- Constantly review and A/B test ad creative to improve performance and best communicate USPs.
- Work with the Digital Performance Manager to ensure that Campaign timelines, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to.
- Develop strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring campaigns are fully aligned to global strategy and holding them to account.
Key skills:
- Blended background of Agency and client-side experience
- Hands-on experience in paid search (PPC) and paid media
- Excellent analytical skills - able to read data and build stories from data
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google 360 - beneficial
- Experience of paid social campaign implementation
