Our rapidly growing and award winning dental business is looking to hire a Marketing Account Manager to join their successful London-based team.
Their unique service offering has enabled the business to achieve an impressive growth story in just over two years and they are on track to open 150 member practices in the next three years.
What makes this business truly different is that they do not rebrand each of their members. Therefore, all central support services must be adapted to meet the unique demands of each practice.
To meet the changing demands of their business, a brand new Marketing Account Manager is needed to join their growing marketing team. Their primary function is to assist the practices in developing, implementing and tracking their individual marketing plans, as well as act as the link between the practices and the central marketing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the dental practices in the group to develop and execute individual marketing plans
- Ensure shared learning across the group with a focus on finding economies of scale and reuse initiatives where possible
- Training to support the implementation of marketing plans within set budgets with the relevant staff members
- Work closely with the Operations team to implement marketing plans that complement the overall business objectives of each practice
- Tracking marketing results at a practice level so we can gauge effectiveness of campaigns / ability to ascertain the campaigns that are effective within the practices and provide detailed reporting i.e. revenues generated
- Proactively conduct meetings with the practice teams and analyse their requirements and budgets accordingly
- Ensure everyone in the group is receiving the marketing support they require and utilising services as needed
- Identify suitable local activities that support the marketing plans
Your profile:
- Experience and strong knowledge of working across the full marketing mix
- Proven experience working with dental practices
- Experience in developing marketing plans and being able to identify what is most commercially viable for a business
- Effective project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to think critically and take necessary decisions for business
- Excellent client facing skills including the ability to negotiate fairly across practices when required
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all activity agreed to in plans is executed
- Well organised and ability to involve the right people to enable effective collaboration
- Good team player, ensuring that central marketing have a clear understanding of what is happening within practices and the effectiveness of their initiatives
- Demonstrable experience of working well in a team and under deadlines with a sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables
- Knowledge and understanding of innovations and current trends within dental marketing or willingness to learn these
- Able to implement creative ideas with good leadership qualities
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the team
