An exciting opportunity has risen with a leading consultancy brand, specialising in legal and company secretarial roles. My client is looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join their team in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for nearly all marketing tasks, supporting management and consultants, working as part of a fast growing team. You will need to have a passion for marketing and previous management experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Job ad design, editing and copy, microsite creation;
  • Maintaining and updating staff profiles;
  • External communications advice i.e. best practice for emails, LinkedIn messages;
  • Creation of campaigns like Governance 100;
  • Creating all written content (web copy, promotional material, blogs, email, event invites, social media etc)
  • Creating video and images including promotional material, consultant videos and video job ads;
  • Supporting management with internal communication
  • Mentoring and training staff;
  • Attending client meetings and representing company's marketing function;
  • Sourcing new marketing tools and software;
  • Running your own budget and managing expenses;

Essential skills:

  • Understanding of most marketing tools and software i.e. analytics, CRM, marketing automation;
  • Competent with the Adobe suite (mainly Photoshop and Premiere Pro);
  • Demonstrated copywriting skills;
  • Previous management of company social media accounts;
  • A demonstrated ability to teach others and pass on knowledge;
  • An eye for design and ability to create marketing collateral;
  • Knowledge of WordPress and website creation;
  • An ability to work on your own and be self-directed;
  • A genuine passion for marketing and an attitude of 'always learning';
