We have an exciting new opportunity with a fast growing business who has a vision to scale their business over the next three years. Reporting into the Managing Director they are looking for an inspirational Head of Marketing who can help raise the profile of the organisation nationally.
- Lead the creative brand strategy for the organisation
- Plan, cost and implement a successful brand awareness / digital marketing campaigns to increase sales
- Assist with PR strategy and manage liaison with appointed agency
- Manage day to day content in social media
- Develop strategies to promote our community-focused network expansion model to build energy amongst potential customers and drive take-up
- Manage website design alongside the appointed developer, identifying and Planning campaigns and local events
- implementing improvements to the customer journey and on boarding experience
- Create/manage creation of content
- Report on marketing performance to the board and present future budgets / plans for approval
- Writing quality, relevant articles for target audiences
- Liaison with team members, agencies, partners and a broad range of contributors
Candidate Experience
- Extensive experience in senior marketing role managing a growing team
- Experience of successfully refreshing an organisation's brand
- Planning and execution of digital marketing strategies
- Demonstrable ability to generate well written content
- Experience leading Communications Strategy (preferably at a national level)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
