Working for a well-known and well-established FMCG company this role will see you being the Marketing Manager for one of their most popular and largest brands.
Reporting to the Director and managing a team of Brand Managers you will be a seasoned Marketing Manager with experience owning brand plans and experienced with P&L responsibilities. Ideally, you would have come from personal care, health or beauty and have knowledge of the industry.
This role is hybrid, based in central London, covering a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- You will be entirely responsible for growing and managing the brand and having full responsibility for the brand's P&L.
- Set annual brand plans and run quarterly reviews, to ensure that goals are being met and targets achieved.
- Support NPD and R&D in supporting and developing new products and ensuring customer needs and commercial opportunities are being met.
- Manage and mentor two Brand Managers day to day as well as set annual performance plans and run regular performance reviews.
- Monitor and analyse brand and category performance using available internal and external data to create/update plans.
- Brief and oversee external agencies, as well as ensure that key activities are executed effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing brand strategies and annual plans
- Extensive experience creating and managing substantial A&P programmes across (ATL, BTL and digital/social)
- Substantial experience in leading new product development, from concept generation to commercialisation
