A great opportunity for an interim Marketing Manager to join a commercial property organisation based in London.

You will be providing much needed support to the Marketing function in helping to deliver innovative and engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the Marketing Director to develop the asset brand strategy and campaign plans for all assets.
  • Creating, managing and delivering the marketing campaigns
  • Managing the development timeline and content plan for digital platforms - websites, social media and eCRM.
  • Continuing the development of brand proposition and marketing strategy; curate and deliver asset leasing and place-making campaigns; respond to incidents and new business opportunities.

Key Skills

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in full mix marketing campaigns
  • B2B Property experience desired
  • Solid agency management experience - digital, advertising, print and brand.
  • Digital and social media management experience.
