This truly exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tropic Skincare as Marketing Director. After a year of planning, Lord Sugar and Susan started their Social Selling Business Platform. Their mission is to empower people all over the country and provide them with the means to start their very own beauty business with Tropic. 

This is a new role for someone who is passionate about skin care products. 

The role:

- Responsible for the development and execution of Tropic Skincare’s marketing and communications and digital strategy; 
- Build and manage the marketing and communications budget; 
- Lead the team on all aspects of digital marketing maximise ROI, increase traffic and ultimately sales & conversion;
- Develop and manage the content/ marketing calendar in line with company-wide activities;
- Lead the development and execution of a Social Media Strategy;
- Maintain a proactive media relations strategy and being the voice of the company;
- Train, motivate, coach and retain high performers in the marketing team;
- Equip the ambassadors with the most effective resources and tools;

Experience:

- Experience as a Marketing Director in a fast growing consumer brand
- Experience in leading a team whilst taking a hands-on approach. 
- A passion for all things social including the ability to implement the latest social trends into their digital strategy.
- Have experience of recruiting, developing, incentivising and managing teams with a track record of success
- Have experience of utilizing the complete marketing mix, traditional and digital, PR and social media

- You like to have your ideas heard, take control of your own responsibilities and be recognised for your hard work.
