Central London: Location
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
Salary Range: £75,000 - £100,000 Depending on Experience.
This successful hospitality and entertainment brand is looking for a new Marketing Director. Reporting to the Co-Founders you will be pivotal in designing and delivering marketing strategies as well as managing the current marketing team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy in alignment with our 5-year business plan to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the current marketing team and be responsible for their personal development.
- Oversee all aspects of branding, internal and external communications, digital marketing, community engagement, content creation, social media, and events across all brands.
- Lead efforts to enhance our systems and processes, reimagining our customer acquisition funnel and journey from initial discovery to advocacy.
- Unearth insights and implement marketing and branding strategies for both new and existing brands, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement a marketing and brand strategy that meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attain an in-depth understanding of our diverse customer segments and their evolving preferences.
- Assume responsibility for the marketing budget, demonstrating an incremental and positive return on investment (ROI) on expenditure.
- Foster market-leading brand engagement on key social media platforms through compelling content creation and engagement strategies.
- Oversee the workloads of the Marketing, Creative, and Sales departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the Marketing and Sales budgets and requirements, ensuring alignment with the yearly departmental budget and that proposed targets align with the business's strategic needs.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external PR agencies to secure relevant media coverage.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking at the executive level, preferably within a fast paced, multi-faceted business environment.
- Proven experience working within the hospitality, or entertainment industry at a Senior level.
- A passion for brands and a talent for leading and mentoring others.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in technology and analytics.
- Strong critical thinking, strategic acumen, and market insight.
- Track record of cultivating a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning in a growth-oriented setting.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing across various platforms: print, digital, video, social media, performance media.
- Blend of creative, financial, and business acumen.
