Interim Marketing Consultant for Global Luxury Group - (Beauty & Fragrance)

Global Luxury Group is looking for an operational Marketing Manager to join their head office in London to support them to reach greater brand awareness, key sales and profitability objectives.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Dominant, global luxury group with creative, inspiring and innovative brands. The energetic team redefine the beauty industry through great product, great storytelling, and great retail and direct-to-consumer partnerships. They are looking are marketing strategist with a deep understanding and passion for the beauty industry who can work closely and confidently with key cross-functional partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will become a brand guardian in market, ensuring the brand equity and vision is adhered to at all times.
  • You will support Marketing Director in implementation and execution of marketing plans which develop the brands, in line with the global strategy, which also meet the specific needs of the UK market.
  • You will liaise closely with Senior PR Manager ensuring we are maximising and leveraging PR and influencers within our marketing plans.
  • You will be responsible for analysing each individual brand's sales history and corresponding marketing investment and support development of future strategies on the basis of that analysis alongside National Accounts Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • You will work closely with global brand team on timelines, key dates, and specific UK needs.
  • You will liaise closely with the Visual Merchandising team to implement merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency of image, ensuring the brands look best in class in all store environments.
  • You will collate and share competitor's pricing analysis to support in-market pricing strategy.
  • You will be accountable for ensuring that the budget tracker is always up-to-date and within budget allocated.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You will have strong marketing experience in the beauty, luxury or fragrance industry.
  • You will have proven experience of launching/managing a marketing plan in a retail business.
  • You will have excellent commercial awareness and experience of managing campaigns from start to finish.
  • You will have the ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
  • You will have the ability to seek out and identify up-and-coming global beauty, fashion and culture trends.
  • You will have excellent communication and project management skills.
  • You will have strong organisational and time management skills; ability to constantly juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
