Marketing Campaign Executive

South West London - Office based

Up to £45,000

I am currently working with a global private aviation business based in South West London. They are looking for an ambitious Marketing Campaign Executive to join the Direct Marketing team based in South West London.

As Marketing Campaign Executive you will be responsible for executing marketing communications and campaigns for the group, across the UK and globally. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will be a brand guardian; creating branded assets for email and direct mail campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, create, produce and deliver branded collateral and other promotional assets for distribution in the UK and overseas.
  • Work closely with global teams to co-ordinate translation of campaigns and messaging for local markets.
  • Accountable for management of external agencies. Including budget and invoice management.
  • Manage the print and promotion items annual budget, tracking and forecasting.
  • Using customer data and segmentation build, test and deliver global email campaigns. Ensuring that all materials are consistent and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Perform post campaign reporting. Using data to inform future campaigns.
  • Support the wider campaigns team with the production and delivery of campaign assets as part of planned marketing campaigns.

Key skills:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of direct mail campaigns, and end-to-end print production and distribution.
  • Experience using CRM systems and delivering email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Good IT skills and systems knowledge including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

To be successful as Marketing Campaign Executive, you will be an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills. You will be proactive in keeping up-to-date with new trends, bringing new ideas and keep an eye on future marketing initiatives.

In this position, the emphasis is on delivery, allowing you to enhance and apply your project management and planning abilities. You'll also be actively involved in creating email CRM campaigns and assisting the broader marketing campaigns team in delivering assets when required.
